Two Connection System Options
Our permanent mold wall system consists of two opposing fiber cement panels, providing flexibility with your choice of a PVC, galvanized steel, or stainless steel connection system:
Permanent Mould Indoor: Fiber cement formwork delivered flat-packed with a PVC connection system, perfect for indoor walls.
Permanent Mould External: Flat-packed fiber cement formwork featuring a galvanized steel connection system, tailored for non-combustible exterior wall applications.
Simplified On-Site Assembly
The lightweight and flat-packed design of our permanent mold wall systems streamlines on-site assembly, reducing transportation costs. This feature makes it an excellent choice for projects in remote locations. The prefabricated panels arrive flat-packed and are easily assembled by inserting connectors between panels. This installation method allows for one-at-a-time panel installation, significantly reducing the required crane time. Additionally, pre-fabricated corners and stop-ends come ready for on-site installation.
External Wall Compliance
The galvanized steel connection system in the Permanent Mold External is perfectly suited for exterior wall applications and aligns with the new NCC requirements for non-combustible wall systems. For projects in coastal conditions, we also offer the option of stainless steel to ensure maximum corrosion resistance.
